
Holistic Pain Relief & Body Rebalancing
If you are experiencing chronic pain, injury, or persistent tension, the first goal of treatment is to relieve pain and reduce discomfort as quickly as possible.
Using a combination of acupuncture, trigger point therapy, gentle realignment techniques, craniosacral work, and movement rehabilitation, the body is supported to release tension and restore natural alignment. Many people experience significant relief already during the first session.
I have over 23 years of clinical experience working with both acute and chronic pain. My approach looks at the body as a whole system — not only the painful area, but also the deeper patterns that may be contributing to it.
By combining physical treatment, body–mind awareness, practical prevention strategies and more, the goal is not only to reduce pain, but also to help the body return to a more balanced and resilient state, and maybe even a full recovery, even from stubborn symptoms.
The Healing Process
Session1- Diagnosis & Pain Relief
The first session focuses on relieving immediate symptoms and understanding the root of the pain.
Depending on your needs, this session may include:
• Acupuncture or acupressure
• Trigger point therapy
• Gentle realignment techniques
• Craniosacral therapy
• Movement rehabilitation
• Somatic adjustments
The goal is to reduce pain, release tension, and begin resetting the body’s natural alignment.
Session 2- Continued Pain Relief & Body–Mind Integration
Continue the process of reducing pain and releasing deeper layers of tension while supporting the body in finding a more balanced and efficient way to move.
We work with postural and movement patterns in daily life that may be contributing to the pain cycle. Gentle corrections and guided movement help the body relearn healthier patterns and maintain the relief achieved in the first session.
We may also explore body–mind patterns that can influence chronic tension, such as stress responses or long-held holding patterns.
This step helps deepen the healing process and supports lasting change.
Session 3 - Integration & Prevention
Continue to address any remaining pain or tension while focusing on stabilizing the improvements achieved in the previous sessions.
We work on strengthening healthier movement patterns and supporting the body in maintaining its new balance.
You may receive personalized movement guidance, posture adjustments, and simple daily practices to help maintain the results and support long-term recovery.
The goal of this session is to help the body integrate the changes and reduce the likelihood of the pain returning.
Session 4 (Optional) - Deeper Root Causes
If pain has been long-term or connected to deeper life patterns, an additional session may explore underlying influences that affect the body and nervous system.
In some cases, this may include systemic or constellation-based approaches that help reveal and release deeper patterns connected to chronic tension or recurring pain.
This step is optional and recommended only when relevant, depending on the individual situation.
